The Land-to-Tillers Program was adopted by our Government in 1953. Through this land-reform movement agricultural products were greatly increased, the living standard of farmers remarkably enriched, and the general prosperity of the agricultural economy steadily developed. To celebrate the successful achievements of the program, a 〝10th Anniversary of Adoption of Land-to-Tillers Program〞 Commemorative Postage Stamp was issued.
