To promote leisure activities and to coincide with the occasion of the convocation of the Federation de Internationale de Camping et de Caravaning which had its 1991 Rally at Fulung Beach on the northeast coast of Taiwan from September 27 to October 5, 1991, this Directorate released a set of Outdoor Activities Postage Stamps. The stamps, designed by Hilit Publishing Company Ltd., feature four activities of cliff-climbing, fishing, bird watching and playing in water.
