This is the fourth set of Children's Plays Postage Stamps.. The designs feature 〝Moving as trains do,〞〝Throwing a plane,〞〝Fighting with water gun,〞and 〝Playing with paper boat.〞A souvenir sheet (125×80 mm..) containing all four stamps of the issue, and a booklet consisting of two sets of the issue were also released. The booklet stamps have two sides perforated, but the top and bottom sides are imperforate, the size of stamp is 26×38 mm..
